WELCOME «HOME» Bygdøy Allé 3 is a unique concept located in Frogner, a lively retail district of Oslo. We open at 11.00 a.m. and are ready to serve you during the whole day until late in the evening. The concept is a combination of a restaurant, bar, lounge and stage with different functions during the day.
