Revision and hard clients
We can set maximum of attempts will be 10 submissions of 3 logos.
That is our absolute maximum that's 30 logos total.
We can in general set like this: If 1 designer fails Add in Team Leader only.
So our maximum effort is one designer plus team leader.
Client is requesting a cancellation request.
If a client is requesting a cancellation request, we will do our best to address the issue and we will offer them unlimited revisions until the design is approved.
1.)Double check all communication with the client in case we misses anything.
2.) Double check with the designer in case they misses everything.
3.) We double down on the work and aim to deliver excellent work and make sure we are delivering correctly and of good Quality.
We will send a nice and polite message to the client, for example:
Dear (Client),
I hope this message finds you well. I want to express my sincere apologies if the design did not meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance, and I am fully committed to addressing this issue promptly.
I understand the significance of the design in representing your brand effectively, and I want to assure you that I take your feedback seriously. To rectify this and ensure the design aligns perfectly with your vision, I am prepared to initiate a complete redo of the design.
Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I am committed to achieving a result that resonates with your brand.
Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate the opportunity to make this right.
